BATHROOM REMODEL – ROUGH WORK PHASE
After the demo process is complete and the job site is free from all construction debris; it is time to begin installing all rough plumbing and electrical… Prior to this stage, you will have discussed with our team what goes where. For example, if you are moving the sink to the opposite side of the wall, this decision also affects lighting placement, etc. After all rough fixtures (i.e. plumbing valves and recessed light cans) have been installed;walls and ceiling are closed, making way for the finish work. At this point, the bathroom remodel project begins to evolve.
BATHROOM REMODEL – FINAL PHASE
The final phase of the bathroom remodel is where you see your vision come alive. All the fixtures, materials, and cabinetry you selected come together. The painting begins, plumbing and electrical fixtures are being installed, and floor and wall tile designs take shape. Cabinetry and countertops have been fabricated and are next in line to be installed. The experts at Blue Arrow Construction, if commissioned , along with a designer, work together to ensure that everything is relatively in stock; checking on lead times and coordinating deliveries. We plan accordingly and make sure that most, if not all, building materials and finishes are on site and easily accessible. We make sure last minute adjustments are made such as paint touch ups, etc., and take care of the small but important details that remain after the major construction is completed. After which, your new bathroom will be ready to enjoy.
